Privacy Policy

This is the working privacy policy for Jakuly AI (jakuly.com). It reflects the data we actually collect today. Final language is pending review by counsel; if anything here conflicts with applicable law in your jurisdiction, the law wins.

1. Who we are

Jakuly AI is a fractional AI services practice operated by Jaser (jaser@jakuly.com). We build AI systems for real estate operators. We are not a real estate broker, lender, or advisor.

2. What we collect when you use this site

• Audit and contact forms: name, brokerage/company name, email address, and a free-text description of your biggest operational headache.
• Newsletter signups: email address only.
• Booking flow: when you book a 30-minute audit via Cal.com, Cal collects your name, email, and any scheduling information you provide. We receive the same data through a webhook.
• Quiz submissions: when you complete the AI Readiness Quiz (Phase 3), we store your multiple-choice answers and the personalized report generated from them.
• Demo sessions: when you use our in-browser voice or chatbot demos, we store the conversation transcript, the URL you provided (if any), and basic call metadata.
• Operational metadata: a SHA-256 hash of your IP address (not the raw IP) and your user agent string, used solely for abuse detection and rate-limiting.
• Analytics: Plausible Analytics records pageviews and referrers. Plausible is cookie-free and does not collect personal data — see plausible.io/data-policy.

3. What we do with it

• Reply to your audit request and follow up with the resulting PDF.
• Run the AI features you initiated (quiz report, chatbot demo, voice demo). These calls flow through OpenAI, Anthropic, and Vapi under their respective terms.
• Send transactional email through Resend (booking confirmations, audit prep emails, newsletter when subscribed).
• Detect abuse and enforce rate limits.

We do not sell your data. We do not run ad retargeting. We do not buy or rent contact lists.

4. Who we share it with

We use the following service providers, each contractually bound to process data only on our behalf:

• Supabase (database, auth, edge functions) — hosted in us-east-1.
• Vercel (web hosting + serverless compute).
• Resend (transactional email).
• Cal.com (calendar booking).
• Upstash (rate-limit cache).
• OpenAI / Anthropic (LLM calls for the quiz and chatbot demo).
• Vapi + ElevenLabs (voice demo).
• Plausible (cookie-free analytics).

5. Retention

• Audit form submissions and leads: kept until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months of inactivity, whichever is sooner.
• Demo session transcripts: 90 days, then automatically purged.
• IP hashes for abuse detection: 30 days.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you by emailing jaser@jakuly.com. If you subscribe to the newsletter, every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

7. Children

The site is intended for business operators. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
