A Build Sprint is fixed scope at $15,000 to $40,000 over four to six weeks. Payment is 40/40/20 against milestones. One system, one KPI agreed in writing before signature, shipped to production with a handover doc.
How does the Fractional Product Lead retainer work?
Fractional Product Lead is $8,000 per month with a three-month minimum, about 20 hours a week. It covers roadmap, specs, AI product architecture, and hands-on build when that is faster.
