At Salesforce, Director of Product, redesigning customer success across about 1,200 enterprise accounts, from case-closed to whether the customer actually moved.
At Simba Chain, VP Product, where I grew commercial ARR to about $2M through the Series A. Earlier, Salesforce consulting at Accenture.
Then I put the same move to work on my own. Surge Esports, a physical venue I co-founded and launched. DMPC, a club platform I built and run. Etched Haus, a studio with an outbound engine I coded solo. Every offer on this site is something I have already run for myself, not a service I resell. Based in Dallas.
