Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of jakuly.com and the tools hosted on it. They do not govern paid engagements. Those are covered by a separate signed agreement. Final language is pending review by counsel.

1. Use of the site

You may browse the site, read the content, complete the contact form, and run the Signal. You may not scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content at volumes designed to circumvent our rate limits, and you may not attempt to break the abuse-prevention systems.

2. The Signal

The Signal is provided for evaluation only. It runs on third-party AI models and may make mistakes. Do not make business, financial, or legal decisions based on its output. We log Signal session data for 90 days for quality and abuse review; see the Privacy Policy and Trust page.

3. Intellectual property

All site copy, code, and design are owned by the operator of jakuly.com. You may share the public-facing content (a link, a screenshot, a quote with attribution) but may not republish or resell it without written permission. Source code delivered to clients under a paid engagement is owned per that engagement contract.

4. No warranty

The site and the tools on it are provided “as is”. We make no warranty about uptime, accuracy, fitness for any particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising out of your use of this site (excluding any signed paid engagement) is limited to USD $100.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date at the top will reflect any change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
