Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of jakuly.com and the public demos hosted on it. They do not govern paid engagements — those are covered by a separate signed Master Services Agreement. Final language is pending review by counsel.

1. Use of the site

You may browse the site, read the content, complete the audit form, use the AI Readiness Quiz, and run the public demos. You may not scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content at volumes designed to circumvent our rate limits, and you may not attempt to break the abuse-prevention systems.

2. The free audit and the playbook PDF

The free audit is a working session, not a contract. The deliverable is a five-page PDF identifying AI plays we'd recommend for your business. You are free to act on those recommendations yourself or with another vendor.

3. The AI demos

The chatbot and voice demos are for evaluation only. They run on third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vapi) and may make mistakes. Don't make real-estate, financial, or legal decisions based on demo output. We log demo transcripts for 90 days for quality and abuse review; see the Privacy Policy.

4. Quiz output

The AI Readiness Quiz produces a personalized report using a large language model. It is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Revenue-at-risk and payback-window figures are estimates derived from your self-reported answers.

5. Intellectual property

All site copy, code, design, and downloadable materials are owned by Jakuly AI. You may share the public-facing content (a blog post link, a screenshot, a quote with attribution) but may not republish or resell it without written permission. Source code released to clients under a Sprint or Retainer engagement is owned by that client per the engagement contract.

6. No warranty

The site, the demos, and the audit PDF are provided “as is”. We make no warranty about uptime, accuracy, fitness for any particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jakuly AI's total liability arising out of your use of this site (excluding any signed paid engagement) is limited to USD $100.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date at the top will reflect any change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
