What the Signal reads, stores, and never sends.

The Signal is a product read, not a data grab. Here is exactly what it touches.

What the Signal scrapes and stores

When you run the Signal, it stores only what it needs to produce and re-open your report:

  • The product URL you paste.
  • A derived profile: what the public page says the product is, who it serves, and how it makes money.
  • The scorecard the read produces: strengths, gaps, and the Teardown opener.
  • The five prospects it drafts, with the fit note and drafted email for each.
  • The voice transcript, only if you choose to run the optional voice read.
  • Your email, only if you ask for the report as a PDF.

It reads the public page only. It does not log in anywhere, and it does not touch anything behind an account.

Third parties involved

The Signal uses these services to run. Each does one job:

  • Apify: scrapes the public product page and finds candidate companies.
  • The Anthropic model provider: writes the scorecard and the drafted emails.
  • Vapi: runs the optional in-browser voice read.
  • Supabase: stores the record described above.
  • Resend: emails you the PDF, only if you ask for it.
  • Vercel: hosts the site and runs the pipeline.

No personal data on prospects

The five prospects are company names and roles only. No personal emails, no phone numbers, no individual contact details. Nothing is ever sent to any of them. The drafted emails are yours to use, edit, or ignore.

Deleting your record

Email jaser@jakuly.com and ask to have your Signal record deleted. Include the product URL you ran so the record can be found. It will be removed.
